About:China Business Visa

M visa for a 6 months (PROOF DOCUMENTS):

Hello.
I'm from Ukraine, so i would like to apply for M business(6 month valid)...
Here in "Basic Documents for M Visa China" written everything, and I have everything for that, just a little confused with this:
"3. Proof of legal stay or residence if you are applying from a third country."
What does that mean? What i should have and bring and show in the China Embassy?

It means if you want to apply from another country, such as from the Chinese embassy in USA, the embassy would ask you to provide valid legal stay permit or residence permit in their country.
