If you have visa in HK, and need to go to Shenzhen for 1 Day, and then return to HK the same Day

it that possible with 5 days VOA? That was the instruction from China Travel service.

Yes, it is possible and you can apply for the visa at Luohu Port, Huanggang Port, Shekou Port or Fuyong Port.
