please if i need to apply for a tourist visa to Hong Kong, and i don't have an invitation letter

and the hotel where i reserved in didn't accept to send me one so i can proceed with the visa

can you let me know please what would be the solution??
does the voucher confirmation of the hotel is enough or should i do something else??
