we can use long distance bus to travel from Kunming to Shangri La

Hi, appreciate your help. as mentioned above, may i know which bus station for departure from kunming, and which bus station will it stop at Shangri-la. Waht bus No ? what if from lijiang? which bus station to depart from, which bus stop will it stop? and what bus no?
