About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Collection of train tickets

Hi, I'm thinking of buying train tickets online from Hong Kong Kowloon to Shenzhen. I saw from your websites that there are 2 venues to collect them, one is with MTR number to collect from Hong Kong West Kowloon station; the other one is with ticket pick up number to collect from railway stations in Mainland China. How will I be sure that I can collect my tickets in Hong Kong Kowloon?
