About:Beijing - Shanghai Overnight Sleeper Train

What is a "New Soft Sleeper"? Some of them are soft sleeper some are new soft sleeper?

What are the difference?

On train D311 and D312, the new soft sleeper bed is like the capsule type. Each person will have a separate bed with certain but all beds are set up open in the carriage. Soft sleeper is the normal type, 4 beds together in same cabin. You can find some photos on this website. If for solo travelers, the new type bed maybe better. If for a family, normal type may be more suitable.
