About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Fly in with Singapore Airlines is 3 hours layover ok before fly to Shanghai with Air China?

I fly into Beijing with Singapore Airlines from Australia and have a 3 hour layover before I fly to Shanghai with Air China, is this enough?
Also, I am in economy class with 30kg free baggage limit on Singapore Airlines, will Air China allow the same free baggage limit?
Thank you Sonny.

3 hours is enough for the transfer to Shanghai flight and if you have got the full fare ticket for super economy class of Air China, you can take your 30kg baggage. If not, you have to pay for the extra amount. In general, the allowed luggage on domestic flights is 20kg for economy class seat.
