Need have VISA from Czech Republic - with change of the flights in Beijing without travel agent?

We will buy flight ticket from Prague - Beijing - Sanya. We will stay 10 days there, but trip organize byself. We understand to get 30day free VISA we need to have flights there and back, booking hotel and itinerary (we will stay most days in Sanya city, maybe make some trips, but do not have plan yet), but will stay in Hainan Island, only transfer on way there and back in Beijing
