About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

I need a visa but the embassy hours to apply are limited??

Visa section hours are very limited meaning it is very hard for me to apply in person due to work commitments. I have a friend in Dublin, can they apply for me?

Yes, you can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
