US Passport, Arrived in Hong Kong on April 13, 2019, three days in Hong Kong from April 13th to 16th, Hong Kong to Shenzhen on April 16th, and from Shenzhen to Hong Kong Airport on April 19th back to US.is there any group visa? can we apply 144 hors from luohu Control Point？

There's no 144h twov in Shenzhen.And HK - Shenzhen - HK is not a transit.You can get a 5 day VOA for Shenzhen at the border control.But for US citizens, it's as expensive as a 10 years visa for China.
