i will fly with air nz from auckland to shanghai pudong airport arrival at t2.

Here I have to transfer to a KLM flight to Amsterdam at T1.- transfertime is 5h35m. Is that enough?- Do I have to clear customs and pick up my luggage at T2 and than check-in  again in T1 for my KLM-flight?- Is that very complicated? (I'm a very unexperienced traveler ;-) )Thanks in advance.

Yes, 5h35m is enough for you to transfer and you need to clear customs and pick up your luggage at T2 and then check-in again at T1.
