About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Where to collect my ticket?

As a foreigner, which is the window I should pick up my train ticket at? I have seen they are always crowded, so I don’t want to queue at the wrong window.
I’m arriving Hongqiao Station by metro.

I think on 2F, the counter 62 to 70 and also 109 to 118 should be work for the collection. Not sure about others, they are so much counters there. B1 floor seems also office available. If you are not sure, you can try to ask the local people there or any free counters first if you can find one.
