How I can go from Shantou, Xiamen or Guangzhou. to Ganzhou, which way is easy?

I want to go Ganzhou.

If you choose to take the bus, GZ is your best choices because there are many buses available every day and it is much convenient.

If you prefer to take the train, Xiamen is recommended to you because there are about 10 trains operated and the duration is the shortest.
