I have lived in China for several years, and so has my (soon to be) ex wife. I need to file for a divorce, and neither of us are able to return to Canada - certainly not for a year to get this done. can we get divorced in China? What do we need in order to do so? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I think you can get divorced in mainland China, you can try to do that from the civil affairs bureau. Just for reference.
