Divorce of foreigners in China

can 2 Canadian citizens who were married in Canada (civil marriage) get a divorce in china.

Hi, from what I learnt, to enable the court have jurisdiction on the divorce, at least one of you shall live in China for at least one year. As different local courts may have different understanding or solutions in dealing with such kind of divorce cases, you'd better contact your local court or a professional lawyer for matrimonial lawsuits for more details.
