Filipino applying for z visa

Can a Filipino get a work permit and residence permit for z applications?

You can ask your employer to provide the work permit for you. Then, you can apply for a work Z type from the China embassy in your country. If it can succeed, you can go to mainland China to apply for the residence permit.
