Tickets from different companies

I have a San-Francisco - Beijing ticket from Delta and a separate ticket Beijing - Vladivostok from another.
Do I qualify for the TWOV or dhould the ticket be issued by the same company?

Yes, you qualify for the TWOV, and your separate tickets will be fine. Don't worry.
