Canadian - Cruise from HK to Shanghai 144 hr visa

Hi,
I just wanted to clarify the answer. We are on a cruise from HK to Shanghai. The last port before Shanghai is Korea. Flying back to HK from Shanghai. Do we qualify for the 144 hr twov?
