About:Shanghai Travel

We are flying from Seattle to Shanghai on Oct. 25/2018, 2-day stay in SH.

And then join a cruise ship on Oct. 27 cruising to Korea, Beijing, & Japan, and then flying back to Seattle from Tokyo. Would this trip qualify for the 144 hr visa-free transit or a 15-day visa-free cruise policy?

Your two stay in SH and Beijing agree with the 144h visa free transit policy, so you can enjoy it twice in the country! Nice trip!
