Where can I buy a ticket from shanghai hongqiao to Hangzhou East

i'm a tourist and i don't know what floor and location to buy a ticket from shanghai hongqiao to hangzhou east.
i'm not sure 2F or -1F ?

You can go to the Hongqiao Railway Station to buy the ticket. The ticket office's location is on the Negative one-storey hall.
