Dec 10 arr Shanghai @ 4:10pmfrom Toronto Dec. 15 dep for Thailand  @ 8:15 amJan 6 arr Shanghai @2:00 am from Thailand Jan 12 depart @ 6:15 pm for TorontoThanks for confirming both trips are OK for 144 hr Visa. I am Canadian and husband is US.

Hi Nancy ...As long as your Dec 15 flight from Shanghai to Thailand is direct ... you qualify. However if you have chosen a flight with a low cost carrier that has a stop within China ... you don’t qualify. Same goes for your return flight Jan 6. Providing you are flying direct from Thailand to Shanghai, non-stop, you qualify.

Thanks for your reply Deanna. Our flights to and from Thailand(From and back to Shanghai) are direct flights with no stops in China, so we should be fine with a 144 hour Visa for both trips.Nancy
