I ask about how can I collect my ticket

I’ll be in shanghai in 5-11 and I need the nearest train office to collect my ticket my hotel is
Address: No. 800, Hua Mu Road, Pudong, Shanghai,

You need to go to a railway station for the collection, not a ticket office. The cloest station should be Shanghai Railway Station. You can take line 2 to Shijidadao and then change to line 4 to the railway station.
