HI 5 day visit to Shanghai

I am going to Shanghai as an exhibitor in an Art exhibition in the folk museum there, and will be there for about 5 days from Nov 5th / 6th? Will I need to get a tourist visa and because its so late can I get it sorted in time?, being that it is now Oct 14th?

I live in Cornwall, do I need to go to London to get this sorted in time? Thank you x
