About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I like to book my Milan via Moscow to Beijing arrival 18. Oct 9:50 am

and will fly out from Beijing on the 21. Oct 7:50am, can I get in this case the 72 hours twov in Beijing airport?

It depends on where you fly after Beijing. If you are flying back to Moscow or you have any other stops in China, then you must get a visa.
