About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Venezuelan - Transit Shangai - 2 hours and 10 min

Hi, I´m a Venezuelan citizen - flying from Los Angeles to Cambodia with 2 hours and 10 min layover in Shangai. Do I need an L visa?

You don't need it as you can apply for 24h twov in Shanghai. Nice trip.
