Transit Visa Venezuelan

Hey :)
I'm from Venezuela, I have lived in Argentina for 6 years, and I'll be traveling to Tokio from Madrid, and one of my stops is in Shangai for 2h the first flight, and 7h on the returning one. Should I apply for a transit visa? if so, do you know the cost?

No, you don't need a transit visa for the layovers as you will be granted 24-hour visa free transit.
