About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Swiss citizen

Hello,

Is the 144h visa exemption applicable in my case?
HongKong=>Shanghai=>Hangzhou( by train)=>Seoul?

yes. Hangzhou is part of the Shanghai Transit area so you can arrive shanghai and depart Hangzhou and vice versa.
