CMB (Sri Lanka) - PVG - SVO (Russia) - FRA (Germany

Hi, Flying CMB - PVG - SVO - FRA makes me qualify for 144 hour free transit in Shanghai?
Entry in SH PVG will be on January 1 at 10:30 pm and exit in SH PVG will be on January 7 at 01:05 (around 123 hours)
I hold an German passport as well as a confirmed onward e-ticket for the flight from PVG to FRA with a 3 hour transit in SVO (no russian visa is needed therefore).
