About:How to Apply for a China Visa

2 Transits through 2 Chinese airports? (SVO-URC-CAN-MNL-CAN-WUH-SVO)

I found a ticket, from Moscow to Manila on the following route:
SVO-URC-CAN-MNL (stop in URC/Urumqi 1h25 and stop in CAN/Guangzhou 6h05)
MNL-CAN-WUH-SVO (stop in CAN/Guangzhou 15h30 and stop in WUH/Wuhan 1h30)
Do i need to apply to a Transit Visa or can I obtain the Free 72h Free Transit twice?
I'm a Serbian Passport Holder, so I can enter that program.
Regards

Vlad, as you transit in two cities each time, you are not eligible for the 72-hour free transit policy, but you still don't need the entry permit. The 24-hour direct transfer policy applies to you on both legs of the trip.
