kinship certificate? visa type? help!

Hi, I'm really in panic now... Please help!I bought my flight ticket to visit my brother who's working in China. I don't have a certificate of kinship but both of our birth certificates (in english), would that be enough to prove our relationship? The thing is that I'm French and live in the Netherlands, I don't know where to get a kinship certificate otherwise... Please help I'm getting stressed, I didn't apply to my visa yet and my flight is on December 21st !By the way, can you confirm which type I should apply for? Is it S2 or Q2? I will stay only 8 days.Thanks a lot!

As you stay only 8 days, you can just apply for a tourist L type before your trip. In this case, you don't have to provide your relationship certificate for the application.
