How do I prove Kinship Certification between the Inviter and Invitee between cousins?

I would like to visit my cousin regularly who is in Mainland China as I will be studying in Hong Kong. Is it still possible for me to acquire an S1 visa? And if so, how do I prove our kinship.

Sorry, you cannot get an S1, because it is only issued to spouses, parents, sons or daughters under the age of 18 or parents-in-law of the foreiger residing in China.
