EU temporary resident card

Hello, I am vietnamese but I have a 4-year French resident card. DO I need to ask for the visa to Hong Kong? i want to take a flight to Vietnam from paris and want to go out during transit time (10h).

Yes, you are supposed to apply for a visa for visiting HK before your trip.
