We will arrive by cruise ship in Tianjin from Japan on 17/03/2019

will will stay 1 day stay then sail by the same cruise ship to Shanghai arriving 20/03/2019 staying one day then sailing to Hong Kong on the same ship. As we have booked local tours in both cities are we entitled to the 144 hour visa waiver or 15 day visa waiver?
