How do I get from (NO.5 Lingui Road, Xiangshan District) Guilin Central to Zhujiang Wharf or Mopanshan Wharf? And how long will it take? Thank you

As I know, the foreign tourists only can take the cruise from Zhujiang Wharf. About the transportation, walk east around 400 meters to get to Guangming Road Bus Stop. Take bus no.16 to Lijiang Road and transfer to bus no. 9 to Qifeng Road East. After arriving, take a taxi to the destination.
