About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello, can you please confirm if I can use the 144 hour visa exemption?

14 December - Sydney to Shanghai
19 December - Shanghai to Paris
28 December - Paris to Shanghai
1 January - Shanghai to Sydney

As long as those are your only landings in China then yes you can use the TWOV to Paris and then on the way back from Paris.
