About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

type of accommodation

my employer is saying I can't stay in a hotel on a temporary resident visa, because hotels don't provide the means to do this so I must seek rental accommodation. is this correct?

Hi, personally I think you can stay in a hotel. You can contact the exit& entry administration bureau to inquire this if you doubt.

thanks Benson. I have been informed by my employer now that it is fine. you ask for a temporary residence from from the hotel reception desk. it should be pink.
