I along with my wife plan to enter China from Nepal by road in my own self driven car.

Being pure vegetarians (not even eggs) we intend to carry our own raw food stuffs along with spices for preparing meals ourselves. My question is as follows:
1. Are we allowed to carry inside China induction plate with basic utensils for cooking purpose?
2. Are we allowed to carry our food items to be used in meals preparations?
3. If answer is yes then are we bound to declare so to the customs at the time of our entry?
