About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for the 24 h free visa? Thank you

I will be arriving in China at 4 pm 15th October, from Mongolia, and have my flight 16th october beijing to ganghzou 12.30 pm and 7 pm Beijing to Delhi.
