About:Dual Nationality
My son has a chinese birth certrificate and NZ passport and Citizenship by decent.
He is in China.
Father is a New Zealander and mum is Chinese with but uses a Hong Kong Passport, she also has permanent New Zealand residency
We now want to bring him home to New Zealand. Does he need a visa in order to get him out of china? If so where do I get the visa from NZ or China?
