3 months two entries M visa for China, and i wish to extend it for a month

Hi i have a 3 months, two entries business M and i wish to extend it another month. Every 30 days i need to travel out of the country, so i was wondering if in my last 30 days, when i will ask for an extension i will have to travel out of the country or i can stay?
