About:China Transit Visa

I hold UK passport, traveling to Nepal from Seattle by eastern China airline via Beijing and Kunming

there is 12 hours wait at Beijing then the flight to Kunming . There is 3 hours wait before boarding a plane for Kathmandu. Do I need a visa for these transits?

You don't need a visa as you are eligible for the 24h twov in mainland China. Nice trip.
