About:Top 9 Useful Shanghai Travel Tips

I am a US Citizen flying into and out of Pudong, Shanghai airport.

I wish to stay in a hotel overnight in Pudong. Do I need to apply for the 72 hr TWOV before I leave the US, or can I do it when I arrive at the airport. Your website only mentions that you can apply at the Beijing airport.

Dear, will you spend one night in Shanghai and then go to the third country by plane in Pudong airport? If yes, you are eligible for the 72 hours free visa policy. If not, you have to apply a visa before you leave US.
