If I purchased the tickets online for the bullet train service between GZ and Kowloon west, where do I collect them and what do I need to bring?

If you buy the ticket GZ-HK-GZ together, you should be able to collect both tickets in Guangzhou before departure. You need to have the ticket pick up number and also your travel document like passport with you. If you need visa to enter HK, you need to prepare visa in advance too.
