About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

i will be travelling on a new zealand passport doing the following:

Flying from Mongolia to Seoul , Seoul to shanghai then staying one night, the following day i board a cruise to japan returning to shanghai 5 days later, staying one night again in shanghai and flying out at lunch time the next day back to Seoul then Mongolian. Do i qualify for a 144 visa or will i need da double entry visa as i will be entering shanghai twice and flying back to the same country ?
