Tianjin Cruise Port to Yujiapu Railway Station

I read there is a high speed train from Yujiapu Railway in Binhai District (operated since 2015) to TJ Railway station.
Also read that there are lots of illegal taxi drivers at the Port cruise terminal which will charge ridiculously high prices. In order to avoid this, any opinion a better way to travel from the Cruise Port to Yujiapu Railway Station?

You only take the bus No.513 at the port and get off at the high speed railway station, taking about 1.5 hours and CNY2.

The taxi fee is about CNY60 – 70 if you take a taxi.
