Binhai Station (used to be Yujiapu Station) from the Cruise terminal in port Tianjin

Hello, I need an up-date as so much so fast changing in the great city:
Will it still be the best way to get to Beijing via the bullet train is take a taxi from the cruise terminal to Binhai Subway Station, then to Tianjin Train station to catch the train to Beijing?
How much it will cost all together?
Assume I can off the ship by 9 Am in October 2019.
