filipino tourist visiting in china living from japan

Hello,Can I get a tourist visa  for China, how ? i am a resident here in japan?I hold a philippine Passport issued from philippine embassy in tokyo.my stay will be just 5days.Thanks

You can try to apply for tourist L type from the CVASC in Japan. First, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in Japan, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the CVASC.
