exit to another country

Hello can possible direct to travel to another country I’m in China and I’m overstay here but i pay penalty and apply for exit visa and i want to go Nigeria directly herein China i already have Nigerian. Visa it’s posible mo need to go back to my country

After you pay penalty, I think you are allowed to exit to another country. If you are worried, you can inquire the immigration authorities while your departing.
