We intend to visit Shangri-la around Oct 2018. The following are the attractions we have in mind:

1 Pudacuo National Park (普达措国家公园）
1.1 Shudu Lake （属都湖）
1.2 Militang Pasture （弥里塘牧场）
1.3 Bita Lake （碧塔海）
2. Napa Lake (纳帕海自然保护区)
3. Yila Grassland (纳帕海依拉草原)
4. Shika Snow Mountain(石卡雪山)
5. Lamuyangcuo Lake/拉姆央措湖)
6. Songzanlin Monastery (松赞林寺)
7. Guishan Park (龟山公园)
8. Yueguang Plaza (月光广场)
9. White Water Terrace (白水台)
10. Shangri-la Grand Canyon/Balagezong Great Canyon

As we do not want to rush through the above places, will 7 days/6 nights trip plan for above too much or is sufficient?

What is the difference between Napa Lake and Yila Grassland? Same place?
