About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We have 18hr lay over in PUdong airport?Can we stay at the airport?It's an overnight layover.

Details: Arriving in PUdong airport 4pm. Connecting plane leaves at 11am (next day).

If you land in Shanghai from a country other than China and your next flight lands in a country other than China and other than the one you landed in China from then you can do 24 hour transit without visa. Usually they will let you leave Airport if you have hotel reservation
